This was our third stay with Rick and Lee. We call it our little slice of Heaven. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else while visiting PCB. The views are amazing. The studio is amazing. Rick and Lee are AMAZING! And very helpful. The studio is packed with anything and everything you would need for your stay. I can’t wait to go back!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental or the owners! It is the perfect place for two. It is in a great location, close to everything, but when you’re there, it seems like the world goes away. So very relaxing and equipped with all you need. You really can just walk out on the beach and the swing by the ocean is perfect for watching sunsets. We wanted rest and boy did we get it. The owners are incredible and everything you possibly need is right there for you so pack light! We didn’t even want to tell anyone about this great place because we don’t want it to be booked next time we need it, hahaha! Do yourself a favor and go here and feel like you have your own house on the beach. FANTASTIC stay !!! Thank you Lee and Rick Thank you!

Beautiful studio on the beach with an amazing view, exceptionally clean and comfortable. All you need to bring is you, everything else is here waiting for you. there is not better value on the beach nor is there a better host.

Lee and Rick have done everything possible to make this little cottage a very special place for anyone ! They are such great hosts! It is our new favorite place to stay! We spent our honeymoon there, and it was absolutely perfect for us! We appreciated the sweet gift we were given as well! They have thought of everything! From the front porch swing, to the flashlights for the beach; we lacked nothing! They are two special people, and we can’t wait to visit again! Lee and Rick are wonderful hosts with an amazing property! They provided everything you could possibly ever want or need. The deck and porch swing are so relaxing and provide an incredible view and are literally just steps away from the sand. This is my third time staying here with my sister. We refuse to stay anywhere else. Lee and Rick take such good care of us and are always willing to give us whatever we need, even when we have unusual request. House is just as pictured and has an amazing porch that we love hanging out on that is just steps away from the beach! We look forward to staying here every year!

This place is incredible. Right on the beach. Everything you could ever need. Close to shopping and restaurants. Lee and Rick are so nice, we could have just hung out with them the whole time! Can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!!!

Loved our stay! The location is amazing, right on the beach and right by Pineapple Willys! The covered porch and porch swing make sitting outside and just watching/listening to the ocean so peaceful. Rick and Lee were very accommodating and supplied all the necessities – including less thought of items like aloe vera, shampoo/cond, umbrellas (it rained the entire time we were there), etc. They even had cooking oil and cooking spray which made it so convenient not to have to purchase those items to use for just a few days! Bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing! Covered parking was convenient! Will definitely book at Finisterre next time we’re in the PCB area!

Ty and I just came back from our trip to Lee and Rick’s gem of a home and it was truly the best trip we have ever taken! They have everything you could need for your stay, from the shampoo to the laundry detergent to the beach chairs! Don’t stress about what to bring; just pack some clothes, your swimsuit, and be prepared to have the most relaxing stay at the beach. Their patio is amazing and there’s nothing better than not having to fight for an elevator or deal with noisy neighbors like in the big condos. We barely left the house because it was just so enjoyable! Lee and Rick, you were so hospitable and we cannot wait to see y’all again! -The Richmonds

This place truly is amazing! This is our second time staying with Rick and Lee and we are hoping for many more. The views from your bed and your on private deck are absolutely breathtaking. Rick and Lee supply everything you need and are some of the best hosts and people you will ever want to meet. My wife and I can’t wait to come visit them again.
